We are proud to present the finest Thalassotherapy Centre in North America “Playa Grande Thalassotherapy”. Located in a privileged site by the sea, the centre brings seawater directly from the Mar de Cortés that stretches 1,125 km north to south along the Peninsula and is one of the World’s unique ocean environments. Considered to be the richest body of water on earth, it supports over 800 marine vertebrates species.

Thalassotherapy initiated in France in 1865 by Dr. La Bonardiere. The meaning of the word comes from the practice of using seawater baths and seawater based treatments for prevention and curing purposes administrated by qualified trained specialists.

Each guest will receive personalized therapy adapted to his or her particular needs. Treatments will enhance the participant’s state of calm, energy balance, stress relief, restoration of skin firmness and suppleness. Sliming, improved circulation and detoxification benefits are accomplished as well. It will also help in preparation of and recuperation from athletic activities.

French doctors estimate that the benefits of 6 days of this curative therapy will last up to 6 or 8 months. Many people with medical conditions have learned that the can dissolve a multitude of serious problems in seawater.

MISIONES DE SAN FRANCISCO JAVIER Ballroom with colonial architecture, decorated with famous murals of the famous missions in old Baja. It has excellent illumination, AC, wide distribution spaces, incidental music and sound equipment. It is perfect for any kind of event, capacity of the ballroom can be adapted to your needs.

MISIONES DE SAN IGNACIO(The Great Ballroom)

Spacious ballroom with colonial architecture, decorated with hand-made murals of the famous missions in old Baja. Big capacity for your event with excellent illumination, AC, sound equipment, wide screen. Ideal for events of great capacity such as conferences, congresses, group get-together's, graduations, weddings, etc.

MISIONES DE SANTIAGO DE LOS CORAS

Colonial architecture with capacity for 60 people, decorated with hand-made painting with motives of Missions of the Coras from old Baja. It is ideal to hold private business meetings and courses. It has AC, space for coffee break and screen.

Fishing
Los Cabos has long been know for its amazing sportfishing. Known as the "Marlin Capital of the World" your chances of catching a trophy billfish are extremely high. Other prized gamefish such as tuna, wahoo, dorado, roosterfish and many others are abundant. Even if you are not a die hard fisherman this is a great way to cruise the fertile waters offshore, catch some sun and maybe run into other ocean creatures such as whales and dolphins.
