Here are some tips on making sure your spa experience is everything you desire. Here are a few things to know.
All our services are carefully planned to accommodate each and every guest. In the spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time. If possible, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to accommodate any preparations necessary for your spa experience. Late arrivals will be completed within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.
Please allow five hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Please complete our consultation form and inform us of any allergies or injuries that may make your treatment unsuitable. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives.
We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. We are not responsible for lost.

Pre-booking a minimum of seven days in advance is necessary for all treatments involving groups of four or more guests. Cancellations must be 4 hours prior to appointments. Credit card details are required to guarantee treatment bookings. Full payment for group bookings must be made upon confirmation of booking. We ask that groups arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointments. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.
